Accessibility Statement

We want the research we publish to be readable by everyone. This statement describes how accessible adbascientific.com is, the shortcomings we know of and how to reach us.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1.Our aim

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. New pages are built to that standard and existing pages are reviewed regularly.

2.What the site offers

  • Pages are structured with headings, so screen reader users can move between sections.
  • Menus and links can be used with a keyboard.
  • Journal covers and images carry descriptive alternative text.
  • The site is available in English and Turkish; the language switch is at the top of every page.
  • Content stays readable when text is enlarged to 200% with browser zoom, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets.

3.Known limitations

  • Some PDF articles in older issues are not tagged for screen readers. You can ask us for an accessible version.
  • The journal slider on the home page advances by itself every few seconds; you can also move between slides with the arrow buttons.
  • Content from other sites — the journal pages on journals.adbascientific.com and the Google map on the Contact page — is the responsibility of those sites.

4.Feedback and other formats

If you find content on the site hard to use, or need an article in another format, write to info@adbascientific.com. We reply within 10 working days.

5.How this statement was prepared

This statement is based on a review of the site carried out by our team in September 2026.
