Terms of Use

The site gives information about the journals we publish, provides open access to published articles, directs authors to each journal’s submission system, and lets institutions purchase our paid services, such as journal set-up, publishing infrastructure and editorial operations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register with, for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorised use, please tell us at info@adbascientific.com straight away.

Unless an article states otherwise, articles in our journals are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC 4.0). You may read, download, copy and share them for non-commercial purposes with attribution; copyright stays with the authors.

The site’s design, logos, the name “ADBA Scientific” and texts other than articles belong to our company and may not be used without permission.

Authors who submit a manuscript confirm that the work is original, is not published or under consideration elsewhere, that the necessary permissions and ethics approvals have been obtained and that all authors agree to the submission. Submissions are subject to the journal’s policies, peer review and a similarity check; the decision to publish rests with the journal’s editorial board.

• upload unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• impersonate anyone or submit someone else’s work as your own;
• try to get round the site’s security, access systems without authorisation or spread malicious software;
• place a load on the site beyond normal use with automated tools, or copy its content in bulk.

Paid services are sold under the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Prices are shown in Turkish lira, VAT included, and payment is taken on the bank’s secure payment page.

The site links to and embeds content from other sites, such as journals.adbascientific.com, DOI resolvers, indexing services and Google Maps. Those sites are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Law No. 6502.

We may update these terms. The current version applies from the moment it is published on this page; contracts already concluded remain subject to the terms in force when they were made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Çorum have jurisdiction. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above them.
