Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within fourteen days of the agreement and before performance of the service begins. The full amount you paid is refunded.

If you asked on the payment page for the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun (Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts). You can still cancel the part of the service not yet delivered; the refund is calculated after deducting the stages already completed.

Fees paid to third parties on your behalf as part of the service (for example a DOI registration agency’s membership fee) are not refundable; they are shown separately in the order summary.

If we cannot deliver the service within the promised time or scope, we refund the full amount or the part corresponding to what could not be delivered.

Email info@adbascientific.com from the address you used for the order, quoting your order number. We reply within three working days.

Approved refunds are made to the card used for payment within fourteen days of receiving your request, at no cost to you. For instalment payments the refund is applied to the instalments as your card issuer does it. How soon the money appears depends on your bank.

For companies and institutions buying for commercial or professional purposes, cancellation and refunds follow the terms written in the quotation or contract.
