Distance Sales Agreement

Before confirming an order on the payment page, you confirm that you have read the following:

• The seller’s identity and contact details are in section 2.
• The main features of the service and its total price including VAT are shown on the Services and Prices page and in the order summary on the payment page.
• Payment is made by credit or debit card on the bank’s 3D Secure payment page.
• The service is delivered electronically within the period stated in its description once payment is confirmed; there are no delivery charges.
• The right of withdrawal, when it does not apply and how refunds are made are explained in sections 7, 8 and 9.
• Complaints may be taken to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.

SELLER:

BUYER: the person or organisation who enters their name, contact and billing details on the payment page and confirms the order.

This agreement covers the sale and performance of the service the buyer orders electronically through the website, whose features and price are shown on the payment page.

The scope, deliverables and timing of each service are described on the Services and Prices page. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. The price at the moment the order is confirmed applies; later price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is made by credit or debit card on the bank’s secure payment page. Card details are not passed to or stored by the seller. Instalment options depend on the bank that issued your card.

The seller starts providing the service within the period stated in its description and no later than thirty days after payment is confirmed. Deliverables are sent electronically to the email address the buyer gives or through the relevant publishing system. The buyer is responsible for supplying in good time the information and documents the service needs.

The buyer may withdraw from the agreement within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving a reason and without penalty. It is enough to send a notice of withdrawal within that period to info@adbascientific.com or in writing to the seller’s address.

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun, with the buyer’s approval, before the withdrawal period ends, or to services performed instantly in electronic form. A buyer who asks on the payment page for the service to start before the withdrawal period ends accepts that the right is lost once performance begins.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the seller refunds the full amount paid within fourteen days of receiving the notice, to the card used for payment and without any charge to the buyer. The invoice is issued in the billing details the buyer gives on the payment page and sent electronically.

For traders, companies and institutions buying for commercial or professional purposes, the consumer rights of Law No. 6502 do not apply; the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Turkish Commercial Code govern the relationship.

The buyer’s personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disputes are heard by the consumer arbitration committee of the buyer’s or the seller’s place of residence within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and by consumer courts above those limits.

The agreement is concluded when the buyer approves it electronically on the payment page and completes payment. A copy is sent to the buyer’s email address and kept by the seller.
