Journal Publishing hands everything from founding an academic journal to publishing each issue to one team. You focus on the science; policies, the editorial workflow, typesetting, DOIs and indexing readiness are ours.
1. Founding the journal
Once the journal’s name, scope, frequency and readership are clear, its policies (peer review, open access, copyright, use of AI, ethics) are written and the author guidelines prepared.
The details and web pages an ISSN application needs are prepared, and the application is followed up for you.

2. The editorial workflow
Submissions arrive through our Editorial Journal Manager panel. Papers that pass the technical check go to an editor, referees are invited, reminders go out by themselves and decision letters are written from templates.
Your team can run this flow with our support — or our team can handle all the correspondence and follow-up.

3. Typesetting and publication
Accepted papers are copyedited and set in your journal’s own template. The author sees a live proof in the panel and approves it; the paper is then placed in an issue.
Each paper is published as PDF — and as HTML and XML (JATS) when needed — with a DOI registered at Crossref.

4. Visibility and indexes
The metadata Google Scholar needs is kept complete. Work follows the publication practice DOAJ and national indexes expect, and their application files are prepared.
